Sunset Media Event Space Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sunset Media Event Space! We're excited to host your event. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking our venue.

General

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Sunset Media Event Space facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Sunset Media reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the venue constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Reservation: All event space reservations must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our office. Walk-ins are not permitted.

3. Payment: Payment for event space rental must be completed before the scheduled event. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

4. Age Requirement: Event organizers and all attendees must be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian present during the entire duration of the event. Proof of age may be required.

5. Proof of Insurance: Renters are required to show proof of event insurance before their event. This must be provided no later than one week prior to the event date.

Refund and Cancellation Policy For Events With Less Than 10 Attendees

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled booking to qualify for a full refund. If the cancellation is received before this 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued.

2. 24-Hour Non-Refundable Cancellation Window: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking are considered non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds for sessions canceled within this timeframe.

3. No Refund for Completed Sessions: Once you have attended your session and received your footage, the session is considered completed and no refund will be provided.

Refund and Cancellation Policy For Events With More Than 10 Attendees

1. 72-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours before your scheduled booking to qualify for a full refund. If the cancellation is received before this 72-hour window, a full refund will be issued.

2. 72-Hour Non-Refundable Cancellation Window: Any cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled booking are considered non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds for sessions canceled within this timeframe.

3. No Refund for Completed Sessions: Once you have attended your session and received your footage, the session is considered completed and no refund will be provided.

Timing

1. Punctuality: Please arrive promptly for your reserved time slot. Your reservation guarantees the event space for the time period you booked. We cannot accommodate extra time that was not booked in advance.

2. Late Arrival: If you arrive late, you will still be required to end your event at the originally scheduled time. No extensions will be provided, and no refunds will be issued for lost time.

3. No Show: If you do not show up within 30 minutes of your reserved time, Sunset Media reserves the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. Repeated no-shows may result in a ban from future bookings.

Event Space Capacity and Equipment

1. Capacity: The event space has a maximum occupancy of 55 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that your event complies with this limit.

2. Equipment: Renters are liable for all equipment provided by Sunset Media. Any damages to the equipment will be billed to you at full replacement value. Please report any equipment issues to our staff immediately.

Food, Beverages, and Smoking

1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

2. No Alcohol: Drinking alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances inside the venue.

3. Catering: Catering food is allowed, but no food preparation is allowed in the venue.

4. Limited Beverages: Only water in a sealable container and sodas are permitted. No other sugary drinks or beverages are allowed. Any spills or damages caused by beverages will be your responsibility.

5. Cleaning Fee: Should the venue require additional cleaning due to violation of the food and beverage policy, you will be subject to a cleaning fee, the amount of which will be determined by Sunset Media.

Security

1. Security Add-On: For events with over 10 attendees, renters must select the security add-on at the time of booking. This ensures the safety and security of all guests and staff.

Miscellaneous

1. Liability: Sunset Media is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings secure.

2. Termination: Sunset Media reserves the right to terminate any event due to violations of these terms and conditions without a refund. Repeated violations may result in a ban from future bookings.

3. Privacy: Any data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with Sunset Media's Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

4. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, where the Sunset Media is located. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.

By booking the Sunset Media Event Space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
